Sigh... I am getting used to my A5 now. Really enjoyed the drive to the office and back today. Kinda wish I was going to the office tomorrow just so I can drive. Will have to make up a place to go to.
Sexiness is growing on me too.

Here she is again if you missed it. Or just wanna look again :)

Hmmm I was actually joking, but am more than willing to take you up on it haha. Where would you suggest as a good place to be reckless for a bit in Edenvale?

On that note, I don't think my 1.4 will have quite the same fun factor as your 3.2 :D

BRZ, or 86?

Hmm so 2 performance N/A cars at the reef and one small capacity turbo... I always did wonder how this car would actually do against something like the 86 in Gauteng (I know it would murder me at the coast)

G6 GTI takes me by 1.5 cars up here in a 1/4 mile, down at the coast it's about half that. I'm no match for a DSG. Would be interesting to see against yours though :)

But I've driven both and the Golf is not as much fun, too many electronic aids and FWD. This feels like a go kart...

I would love to have a proper run against a manual 86 up here. :whistle: Had a few impromptu runs between robots with willing drivers, and one decent run against an auto 86 (lol). The A5 should kick me inna panty though.

Aye it would be interesting. Mine is a DSG, but a 90 kw turbo, while the 86 is 140 I think? Torque is about the same, mine has 200 vs yours with 205, though mine comes in at 1500 RPM compared to your 6500. That would take a bit of a knock up here though so it might actually end up surprisingly close. I'm 100% sure the 86 is a much more fun car to drive though!

Had a few runs against an Accord at Kyalami, it's somewhat even. Depends entirely on who launches better. The 86 has a dead spot between 3,000 - 4,500 rpm where it bogs down.

147 but I have the BRZ exhaust fitted, which Subaru claims takes it up to 155. But on the dyno I haven't seen much wheel HP difference compared to stock. Dat sound though... :love:

Was the Accord stock, and was this before or after you had the BRZ exhaust fitted?

X
