The Bacon Lovers Thread (TBLT)

What the hell? It's inconsiderate to go on about bacon like that!

What about other pork products like ham, salami, sausages? Let's not be biased towards bacon here!
 
I like makin' bacon - and I leave her shakin' and achin'.

Some places (usually butcheries) sell thicker bacon which is perfect for those NAFI breakfasts* wear the hangover is in control. Streaky bacon for your ordinary breakfast*. I like shoulder or back when I have it on a toasted sarmie with bananas. And diced bacon in my potato bake or macaroni with streaks covering the top of these dishes.

So many bacons - and none of them a red-haired stepchild - it is impossible to choose a favourite.

bacon for breakfast everyday

I sometimes buy it a kg at a time from FLM, their stuff is usually thicker than the standard Eskort or Enterprise stuff
 
For the benefit of all members without immediate access to bacon, We need to ban pictures from this thread.
 
Mr Blu does not eat bacon so I never make it at home. If I eat out without him, I sometimes indulge.
