The best wireless deal?

I'm looking at getting the E220 USB data card free on TopUp200 for R210/month (all incl.) and then buying bundles (specifically the 500mb for R189) as I need them.

Do any of you guys know of a better deal than this? What would it cost to buy the data card cash?
