Despite huge advances in cyber security, one weakness continues to overshadow all others: human error.

Pretty sure that humans have been the problem since the first one crawled out the sea, that's not going to change, maybe remember that those same humans have programmed so called 'AI' which is at this point just a collection of arguments without any artificial intelligence involved at all.
