I keep wanting to buy more, but then I think "ugh it's too expensive" ... and then it goes up even more.

Don't fomo in, that's when you get burnt. My rule is to always do the opposite of what my gut tells me, and yes, it does keep on going up, right until it doesn't and then you're the bag holder. Which is fine if you're happy to wait 3 to 6 months for it to come back again.

Bitcoin Gold is a scammy mess (supposed 25 Oct fork). Do yourself a favour and go to reddit and under the /Bitcoin thread, look for the in-depth write-up one guy did on BTG. It is going to be worthless, based on that. Pretty in-depth investigation.

That's my concern. People seem to be selling alts to get into BTC, hoping to get some free money from the BTG fork. After the fork, people are going to drop BTC to go back to their alt positions. Additionally, when BTG turns out to be a scam and worthless, crypto in general and especially BTC will take a reputation knock, even if they have nothing to do with BTG. So, I think BTC will drop quite a bit after the fork.

It's not nice, but I have been in this situation before. The good alts always recover quickly. And also a few outliers which I have been buying cheap, should hopefully get into the green again once BTC comes down a bit and hopefully stabilises.

Anyone else in FunFair (FUN), Aventus (AVT) and Edgeless (EDG)? I think (and hope) that these puppies will take off Q1/Q2 next year. Good tech and launches only a few months off.

this was me when it did its last jump from 20-30K to almost double at 60-70K
at the time I had 700 ZAR and made a small profit, but today I have some serious cash on the bitcoin taxi....

lets see where this crazy taxi takes us all....Im hanging on for deal life here.....
 
I reckon there is only a very small chance this will hold until the fork. I'm going to bet there will be another dip to buy in considerably lower before then. But when to sedl? hmmm

There might not be a fork. F2POOL not supporting 2x anymore. And I think a lot of miners will renege on the NYA. And 2x getting a lot of head wind. Also, Jamie said he will shut his trap about Bitcoin.

Things looking VERY bullish for Bitcoin!!!
