You're asking again now? Why not just tell us why you want to transfer sub R1 amounts each time and maybe we can help you with a solution.

Why don't you just send it to a wallet and once the amount is big enough then send it via changelly to luno? Can't understand why you want to dripfeed 0.001c into your luno wallet every 2 hours.
