Ouch. And it's climbing like mad at the mo.

I am new to this stuff so just letting my cash ride in Luno. Made a n00b mistake last week of selling each time it dipped due to panic - lol. Now just leaving it. Back in the green and climbing pretty nicely.

That depends who you ask. If you ask me, I'd say shortly after the hardfork this month... or shortly after reaching $7k. If you ask biometrics, he'd say three months ago. It's very unpredictable - it's not a regulated market.

What causes this? I am in a bit of disbelief at the moment. The ZAR value of my little 0.4338 Btc is increasing at like a grand every 10 minutes. WTF?

I was lucky enough to re buy in at 104K and sold this morning at 114,830 - So for now I am a happy camper Waiting for another drop before I buy.
