Those orders will just get buried in the order book. And anybody that accidentally executes orders at those prices will get filled at the market price on most exchanges.

good to know.

take it you have tried something like this before?

In my experience transfers from FNB to your Luno wallet takes 5-10min during business hours. Is this still the case after hours till late at night?

Nope, if you make an EFT outside of FNB's cut-off times the EFT doesn't reflect in our bank account up until the following day midnight.
Also replied to your PM with the same question :)

I did a transfer to Luno last night around 10pm from FNB account and also one from Standard Bank. FNB cleared in about 10 minutes. The Standard Bank EFT still has not cleared! FNB is way ahead of Substandard Bank.

I just checked my payment time and the time it reflected on Luno. It took 17 minutes to reflect on my Luno wallet at 10:50pm. Maybe it's hit and miss with FNB and payments done at night.

Shortly before, not after ;) That is my prediction anyway

If the BCH fork is anything to go by, BTC should climb after the fork.

The date highlighted in that graph is incorrect. The BCH fork was 1 August, not 1 September. See the chart below. Looks like the dip started a few hours before the BCH fork.

Just did an EFT from my FNB to Luno wallet and received notice that it was received in less than 5mins.

Psshh.... I knew the date but pointed out the wrong one in the graph... going to fix that. Thanks. If you feel inclined, perhaps remove my one in your quote - don't want anyone to get the wrong impression.

And its about R116k?
NM... I see price has dropped but coindata hasn't updated yet.
It's the $7k resistance point. It always takes time to break through after a big number.
