If no one has checked out/read the May issue of Car Mag its a must read.
Full test of the M2 alongside Schalk Burger's mint (stock) Alpine White 1M Coupe.
Tested 0-100km/h of 4.56secs
The Car Mag Test team concluded the M2 is their current favorite M car

If you consider the track was wet and the amg having 4wd. This is mighty impressive of the Bmw. Actually the Bmw started passing the merc at the finish line

Maybe I'm a bit biased, but if you see the top view from 1:16 in the vid, the AMG's right lane seems a lot drier?

Going to see if I can maybe pop into their offices. I'm situated very close to their offices.

Guys!
I very glad to be saying I came back from the cars.co.za offices after checking out the Long Beach Blue M2 currently there.
As mentioned BMW SA is only supplying one press car & this is the one. The Team at cars.co.za have this example till the 11th.
Met up with Dave there. Also saw Hannes & Mike who I knew from their Car Mag days.
So Dave asks me if I want a spin in the M2...hells yes
What a machine; road presence & acceleration is brutal.
Engine makes a brilliant noise as well. M-DCT shifts are super smooth. Ride in Sport mode is still great.
