If there is a no deal. What will happen to EU citizens working/living in the UK?
That doesn't necessarily require a deal ( a trade deal that is), the UK could unilaterally decide to grant them residence if they so chose. The problem would be if the EU doesn't grant similar rights to UK citizens in Europe in which case the UK might use that as a bargaining chip to gain a similar concession from the EU.

The whole cartoon is drawn upon a false equivalence. Simple.
So you don't think that Germany dominates the EU, Buka?:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

Greece is not drowning in debt as per the cartoon because of that German finance minister in a wheelchair? etc.

The false equivalence is in your head because you have an irrational fear of Nazis.

Germany tried to conquere Europe in the past with war. They were defeated.

Germany now controls the EU with diplomacy under the EU flag.

The only way that this is a false equivalence is if Germany isn't Germany anymore. And even the cartoon acknowledge they changed hence the different(correct) flags.

Greece drowning in debt is also their own fault. That guy they had was smart enough and knew what had to be done, yet they folded and agreed to roll de debt forward.

Edit: I meant Tsipras screwed things up, not Varoufakis.

The point is that the EU made damn sure that the interests of the German banks and German economy took priority. And the debt bondage is the reason for the chain Germany has around the other countries, Imo.

I suspect the UK will keep them. They are mainly skilled to highly skilled workers.

EU citizens would only benefit the UK economy. Oh wait.... LOL

It's fine, they'll be able to replace them with people from India and Pakistan.

Totally called virtue signalling when calling out rubbish.
you can call out rubbish without resorting to images of war and holocausts

... but you didn't, you chose to bore everyone to tears with your worn out rehearsal of tugging at hear-strings aka virtue signalling

the simple fact is the 'bad' warmongering version of Germany sought to control the entire Europe, the modern 'peaceful' Germany has actually achieved it, that's what the cartoonist points out and that is what you foolishly dismiss

I suspect he misspelled his name, it must be Japanese, ftfy
Ahh ad hominems and kindergarten tactics cool. So failing all else we must resort to this insuffferable display of maturity.

You decry the emotional virtue signalling but support the opposing view showing how nations in the EU are in tears and enslaved, so a classic virtue signal to the pro-Brexit camp.

Blindly ignoring the obvious fallacy that attempts so desperately to compare Germany, within the EU to Nazi Germany of 1940, because it looks cool and seems so edgy. Missing the nuanced details such as no tears, no shackles, eventhough the countries were annexed and whole segments of the population were being systematically wiped out.

So while you and Xarog can virtue signal to your hearts content to that idea, and name call and do what ever you choose, your ignorance on the matter is just further demonstrated. Your choice to resort to the latest tactic is of course more evidence of your ignorant views.

It's only obvious to you, that's the problem. And in case you didn't notice, in the first cartoon, countries are outright murdered and left as bloody corpses, but the 2nd panel is worse?

Yes, the cartoonist was clearly a closet Nazi, how sinful of us not to admit this...

Did I say he was a Nazi? Or you or NBTFW?

He is just ignorant and thinks its cool to strawman the EU as a Nazi.

So you are the ones supporting him in his view to call the EU a Nazi organisation.

I am the one calling it out.

Notice the edit, you're being melodramatic, thus earning the "baka" description. Seriously, take a step back and breathe, your emotions are clouding your judgement.

But he doesn't. See Germany has a different flag in the second part. It's not nazi Germany anymore, it is modern Germany. Your obsession with Nazism makes you crazy.

FYI, the black/red/yellow German flag dates back to the 1840’s, so it’s not necessarily “modern Germany” just by virtue of the flag colours.

Emotional? Bursting out in laughter at how someone who ran out of something smart to say decides to play like a child in a sandpit, sure then I was emotional.

If he doesn't then why does he have two pictures. One with Nazi Germany subducating European countries and one as Germany in the EU subducating countries?

Everyone else here acknowledged the comparison.
