If the CEO is good but the **** was caused by middle-management then it is plain to see who must go.

nah in the articel in Sunday times, also in that link, that CEO is the 1st to admit...my belief is that we all follow the CEO's suit, if ****e hits the fan, he should go coz he introduced that strategy
