You know it actually helps that someone else noticed it. Me and the wife wondered where the extra KGs went and I told her I do have more muscle but I'm sure I have more fat too. Just not sure where.
Seems it's my chubby chin and neck. Not that Spur will help, and I sure as hell won't stop drinking beer.

Liquor City Claremont. Sure you could call them & find out if there's a stockist closer to you - I'm sure there is. Decent beer though - has a nice bitterness from the orange.
