The Craft Beer Thread

Checkers had little craft available today so I thought I'd try this :sick:

My brother is the JHB rep for CBC. Guess what we had at the baby shower yesterday :D
 
Visited Darling and CBC Breweries last week. More interesting info from the oke at cbc, but more to taste at Darling.

Two things that I am not fond off: Cold coffee and flavoured beer, but I have to say, looking at the Capital Craft list, is that I tasted the Cappuccino Porter from Nottingham at the Clarens Beer Festival earlier this year and it was very yum
 
Darling didn't have this new beer on tap, so I bought a 4 pack to taste with my BiL. We gave it 3.5/5 on untappd. I am not too fond of craft lagers.

Wasn't impressed with capital craft at all.
Waiter was clueless, half the beer i asked for they did not have.

Brauhaus was ok.
Copperlake I know but took out of frustration.

You don't like Copperlake?

I like their stuff, it's a ice place to pop in every now and then and have some brewskies.

No copperlake is fine but I like tasting different beers.
Wanted copperlake porter initially but they do not have that on menu.

Two other beers on the menu they also did not have.
