Gents, this is a nice Craft Beer thread, as I can see, and since this is the most up-to-date thread I can find specifically aimed at "custom beers", does anyone know if there's a proper home-brew thread on here, or should I create a new one?

Wild Clover -anything- is the shiz.

I'm a Double Owl guy, my wife loves the Eagle Weiss. But I have to say the Black Dog porter and Blind Mole pilsner are exceptional. Just make sure you do not get an off batch.

Had a Friars Habit California Common last night, damn delicious.

I tried this one yesterday:

It was absolutely wonderful, but at that price, damn-well had to be. Rich, thick, creamy head, very dark black stout. Rich, creamy and full taste, with a strong hint of coffee and an aftertaste of dark chocolate. Epic brew, but man, at R49.99 a bottle... :O

Has anyone used http://www.thebrewery.co.za/ to purchase craft beer from? I am looking for Standeaven African Pale Ale but cannot find it anywhere in PE. Only option I can find is to purchase it online but I wanted to make sure that the site is legit.
