Currently drinking the Jwarha Lager - really enjoying it. One of the beers that surprised me over the past few months - has a nice full flavor and a tasty alcohol note to it.

Kinda makes you want to open your own pub/store

Was at spice route today and just happened to be at cbc when some of the brand new imperial IPA was doing the secret rounds straight from the tank at the back of the brewery. Got a small taster. Wonderful floral hoppy nose and taste to match. Oh man it was amazing to taste it so fresh

That Remi The Bakee Biscuit Ale not so nice.
Time for a Chocolate Stout...

I predict disappointment on the bonte bok. Curious to hear what that black ?IPL? is like.

India pale lager apparently.
Not bad. Has a nice bitterness on the back of the tongue. The initial taste could maybe do with a bit more depth. Had what was a slight metallic taste upon first drinking which I can't detect anymore.
Will try it again to see how the batches vary.

^^^ That's a real nice summery beer. I also crave that ice cold bitter mandarin taste when I'm thirsty :).

I think it's improved quite a bit since I first tasted it. CBC seem to be making small but significant tweaks to their beer over time.
