The Craft Beer Thread

Had some beauties last night...especially the Crimson Guava Sorbet IPA. It was like drinking a guava mimosa...so thick and smooth. I have never had anything close to this out of a "beer" can...it blew me away.

Followed by a crisp, dry and so fresh Cryo West Coast IPA out of Poland.

For desert a RIS brewed with coconut, Cacao Nibs, salted caramel, Oreo and maple syrup. Absolutely amazing...

New name for an IPL is now cold IPA. What will those marketers think of next.

Wonder if it's normal lager yeast or Cali common lager yeast.

Interesting approach taken for the brew as the higher temps for lager likely low 15 to 20 ale temps will result in esters being thrown off not crisp and clean. But perfect for this style.

If I had to guess? Yes I think so too but tbh it could be diamond or similiar people have reported good results fermenting it warmer.

Still one of my favourite cold weather stouts
