Most mining coins can be traded in Binance or KuCoinWhere can it be traded?
It all depends on the Difficulty and network hashrate. As the difficulty increases, then your rewards drops inverselyIt's unlikely given the history of any coin mining profitability goes down significantly over time.
2 Days at EIP 1559... but the price went up and its kinda making the same profit as before EIP 1559.Nice. How much did your payout times increase by?
If Raven continues to be this profitable or even more, then watch people make ASICSIm pretty invested there and saw almost 200% gains recently. Was awesome.
Its one of the most profitable coins to mine, and its an ASIC resistant network.
Not bad. I jumped ship to raven because waiting 5/6 weeks is too long for a payout. My rewards are roughly the same as well.2 Days at EIP 1559... but the price went up and its kinda making the same profit as before EIP 1559.
Yeah, there are ASICS for Eth, but none for kapow yet. RVN looks the most likely place for my hash power to go when ETH 2 makes an appearance. Its well supported by the miners. If Raven continues to be this profitable or even more, then watch people make ASICS. There were some ASIC manufacturers that made ASICS for Eth
quite a few; What other currencies can you store your cash in in NiceHash?
Thats what im doing as well. Im hopping between coins every few weeks to see what coin is profitable and what isnt. HiveOS makes it so easy to coin jump as well lolYeah, there are ASICS for Eth, but none for kapow yet. RVN looks the most likely place for my hash power to go when ETH 2 makes an appearance. I can tell you from benchmarking my 1060. It is fairly accurate. Earning almost match what is stated, on average.Never found whattomine all that accurate, it's nice getting info from someone with real world stats
Thats very true. While the rewards are high and frequent. I would suggest setting aside some cash and saving up for a good solar solutionAnd it will always go up (difficulty and hashrate) as more miners jump on the bandwagon which is inevitable for any profitable coin.
Our cost for electricity is always going to be prohibitive.
Im getting my solar for the rigs in OctoberThats very true. While the rewards are high and frequent. I would suggest setting aside some cash and saving up for a good solar solution
Nice. I have starter system that I installed at home. Cut down my power consumption by around 40%. Planning on doubling up next year as well. So looking at 80% reduction a dayIm getting my solar for the rigs in October. Where I live is currently solar, but going to need a bigger space for a bunch of solar panels tied into the municipality grid.
Hey bud.Hi Guys.
I started mining in August using my gaming pc, liked it then bought a motherboard and a few cards to test further.
6 x 1070 of BoB(Used), then 3 x 1660ti(New).
At this point I decided that I quite like the idea of a passive income and bought 2 x 3080 FHR and 1 x 3080 ti.
All of them mining eth via nicehash except for the 3080ti, I have that card mining ERGO(Autolykos) still via nicehash.
A few questions for those more experienced than myself.
1) Is nicehash the right way to do it?
2) What is the "right" time to move to solar? It's look quite attractive to me and I'm at ~1600W
3) Best value for money LHR card, so far the 3060ti looks pretty good but I don't have any of them and my rig is full
4) Where to buy mining motherboards? Hard to find, at least I struggled to get this one.
5) Expected ROI? With my rig and cooling included with my mix of cards it looks to be about 10-11 months with electricity included.
NothingSince I cant find one dedicated thread for mining. Here is one.
What are you currently mining?
Whats your current setup?
What pool are you using?
Yeah, sounds like wishful thinking on my part, too risky to put your life savings into something that might not work. Maybe I should just keep playing one line in the lotto twice a week.what would you like to earn per month?
mining is NOT cheap, you need to know what you are doing with a pc and how much things cost and electricity etc. But if you want to earn a living off it, sho.. I'd say R500k and that's a small decent living in todays standards
