The easiest solution to Display a picture on a screen

What would you guys recommend would be the easiest way to show pictures on a 27-inch screen?

You can't use a PC or laptop; it needs to be via a USB device—to display one static picture?

TV box that supports USB and JPEG?

I can't seem to find a 27-inch model that supports USB as a media server unless I use an Android TV.

Pi Zero can be set up for that as it is almost no load on it. and you can power it from the TV's USB port and connect HDMI to it.

You need a compute device of some sort, or a 32inch smart TV that supports USB media..

Sorry, I forgot to mention it has to be Full HD(1920x1080)

Could also go super tiny and grab a cheapo 2nd hand Dell Wyse 3040 thinclient, load whatever OS you want on it/customize as you see fit, they about R500 now. Not usb powered though, 12v

Like above you need some sort of compute device hooked up to this display.
It can be a cheap ESP32 dev board or a single board computer like a Pi or an android TV.

I'd probably go with an android TV stick and google photos for the simplicity.
