Is anyone else just as fed up as I am with the new way "support" is dealt with online?

By this I mean selecting options in a category and then choosing one of the questions that deals with a problem, then an automated email gets sent to them.

I've recently tried (keyword) purchasing Minecraft and the transaction was cleared on my side. 3 weeks later (today), I still have no game. Going through the Minecraft Support page, I get asked a bunch of questions and then? Nothing. I've used the Minecraft Forum, with no success. I've contacted my bank, but because its been cleared, theres nothing they can do. So I tried going to the source. Well actually, the middle man: Money Bookers. I did receive an email from them stating my money had been refunded (No idea why) but I'm not sure how long thats going to take. Trying to get hold of them a FSKING mission! I actually had to sign up in order to get their contact information! But thats not the thing that bothered me, I then went through that stupid process of answering a bunch of questions and then "did it help?"

No it didnt, so I sent a message though, hoping I'll get a response from them.

Sorry for the rant. But I have a funny suspicion my 20 Euros (R220) is gone. Getting a hold of Minecraft is impossible, and Money Bookers seems to be the same.

Yep Im with you mate.

I tried Origin live chat the other day all I got was "Okay" "We will fix your problem" "please give us 5min to look at your issue" but zero actual help.

On the other end of the tunnel though, I had an amazing customer experience with Amazon when I was querying my order status on my SWTOR pre order. That Live chat thing and them coming back 3 minutes with all the answers is incredible. If they could build taht in to reach devs directly, my WORD gaming customer support would be revolutionized.
