You're not giving us a lot to help with anyway. What is it about? Does it shelter kiddies from pedo's? Does it guard against crime? Is it a government initiative against stupid people?

It's a kind of drug rehab program in the east of Pta. They don't seem to have accreditation and the religious aspect of their program seems a bit too much.
