Shouldn't they be expanding here first? so that all rural areas have telephone access?

Change the word expansion to exploitation and it starts to make a bit more sense :D

TELKOM is now caught out here so they need to move on. Maybe they are scared their wings will be clipped. I doubt it! reading all the latest news. They need the money they defraud from us to pay for this expansion so they can defraud the rest of Africa. Just hope they send a food parcel with every bill as poor Africa will need it even more.

If you can't run or hide (like us) at least get the vaseline/KY ready cause you're going to need it when Telkom shafts a old wooden broom up your ass like they have been doing to us for so long..
