Apple unveiled a new dedicated operating system for its iPad devices at WWDC 2019 named iPadOS.

iPadOS features a redesigned user interface which allows users to pin widgets directly to their home screen.

I agree, the fact that Apple's share of the tablet market has halved in those 10 years is testament to how rubbish they are. Maybe iPadOS will save the year-on-year decline?
