They are having some delay on their side. You should receive email today or tomorrow confirming rights issue.
Yes you need to have that amount available in your account before the 11th.

I will only exit well after the rights issue that why we can see what the price does "Stabilizes"

If I understand it correctly, you then have to exercise that right to buy 500 shares at 0.21 before the 11'th of December. If the price of the shares increase, you win. If they don't, you lose.

Yes, call them. I bought some this morning. And no, I never had shares with Lonmin previously.
