Ok,
just to summarize the discussions recently:
Telkom wants everybody to believe that there is only one gripe:
The Cap. A gripe they can handle with clever PR work.
From these forums I guess the following are the main gripes:
The Cap (and especially the virtual international death after the cap kicked in)
Bandwidth prioritisation rendering a number of legitimate business applications such as VPN's useless - maybe games as well - I don't play around on the net.
The poor customer service when complaints are lodged.
Lastly, the fact that ADSL is not burning fast as Telkom advertised.
