Anyway, back on topic.

I wonder if Fletcher will get a bit of a run in the side with Ronaldo and half the midfield out> he is only 5.5 in the fantasy footy - considering including him in my team :eek:

Im sure Nani will be used instead of Fletchinho. But maybe both of them ?

Don't know what is wrong with Rooney of late and Nani needs to pull his socks up when he gets back as well...He has shown a lot of promise- now it is time to deliver

The problem is he is just NOT selfish, he really needs to watch the match and see for himself.

Well 1-1 not the end of the world considering the team we put out.

The new lighties from Brazil are clearly not up to scratch yet. For me, Fletcher never will be. I am beginning to worry that Campbell will go the same way.

I am still haaaaating Wes Brown's attacking contributions if you can even call them that.

Giggs looked surprisngly sharp - I was surprised when they took him off.

Dont know what is wrong with Rooney - must still be playing out of position.

For me there were five players in that starting 11 that would not be there, if we had our full squad

Campbell --> Tevez
Fletcher --> Ronaldo
Wes Brown --> Neville G
Giggs --> Nani
Scholes --> Hargreaves

I agree with your take on Giggs. He was surprisingly good. As usual, we start the season slowly and not well. We usually start peaking around December, so I'm not concerned at all. It certainly doesn't help that half our team is injured.
Henry, put those t-rolls on ignore. Don't feed them. It's the best thing I ever did.

I would love to see Berbatov wearing a United shirt, but Huntelaar is available RIGHT NOW ! He is just as good as Berbatov but imo he has a more 'killer' shot, why is SAF wasting time (and points) i dont know.

Im surprised nobody is talking about David James performance against Chelsea. I really think Roman had something to do with this.
He is always amazing against United, saving unbelievable shots, but with Chelsea, he played like an amateur. Something wasnt right.

So I heard on the news a little earlier that Sir Alex will formally renew the bid for Berbatov today and put in the first offer for Sante Cruz as well. Should be a newsworthy day indeed...

We desperately need our regulars to be back. The team is plagued with injuries. We definitely need another striker. Wayne Rooney has is not match-fit yet.

BBT and Santa Cruz would be awesome indeed :)

Funny thing is that I never even noticed Santa until they mentioned that he scored 19 goals or something like that in the EPL last season :eek:

He dominated for my fantasy team last season and scored this weekend so I have noticed him alright :)

Amazing, Chelsea beat a team that Man U could only do so on penalties, and all of a sudden they paid off the keeper.

Typical Man U supporters, the excuse bag is nice and full hey?
