I suggest you simply try on the app, for a small amount of say R30 and see if it works. You'll have your answer faster than contacting FNB or MS.
In August I moved my business to a new premises and had to deal with prepaid meter for the first time. I did the above suggestion. R30. It worked. I knew I could use FNB. Quick solution. Good luck.Waiting for FNB to get back to me and MS' support is pathetic.

My guess is you'll receive eBucks for online spend, not the 15% discount for prepaid electricity.
My complex gave them the boot because of of bad they were. Not sure who took over as I've sold and moved since.Hi
I also use The Meter Shack at my complex in Benoni, managed by George Rennie body corporate. Honestly, I’ve had a really bad experience with them.
They charge 30% extra on gas, keep adding hidden extras to bills, and will even disconnect your gas whenever they feel like it. I’ve tried getting assistance from them, but they don’t help at all.
I’m not sure about linking them to FNB for Prepaid and eBucks – has anyone here managed to set that up successfully? I could really use some guidance because dealing with their billing is such a headache.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Yip, piped LPG. It's just a large tank that's piped to the units. They then have a truck come fill the tank whenever it gets low.Gas? As in piped LPG gas?
