Why not? The universe is unimaginably large. The earth isn't even a speck of dust vs. the universe, really, it isn't!
Like to know how it was "weighed"
Maybe the mass could be determined or estimated, but the weight? As weight is dependant on gravitational forces, weight is not necessarily always constant, as the galaxy is in constant motion/expansion with various gravitational forces influencing each other. Maybe I'm just thinking too much after a nights drinking though
