The cartoon implies that the DA is responsible for formulating the NDP, which is an outright lie. Since I'm not an ANC or EFF member, I have a problem with outright lies.
No it implies that the ANC's NDP happens to be consistent with the DA's own philosophy. The two parties find common ground. This goes to show that in the face of radicalization Zille and Zuma would be willing to go into bed together.
