Hey guys,

I'm moving into a new place and can get dsl again thank god.

I've been reading some posts here and it seems there have been some changes by ISPs.

If you get a DO3 will the 3gb cap still round to around 6gb for most people? Last time I was around getting the DO3 package was the best value (mainly because of the ~6gb allowance).

Are only the Telkom accounts the ones giving free local bandwidth?

No, you may be hardcapped at not much above 3gb, and yes, only Telkom (and IS based) accounts have free local bandwdith.
