What do I do with those?

and for a charcoal fire, i take 2 rows, break each in half to have 4 pieces. lay them out, pack some briquettes/charcoal around them... light them, and them pack a little stack by hand on top.

You have like 6 weber type Braai megafters and you only got one now. They are braailife changing.

yeh, have been wanting one for a while, but stacking by hand has done the job so far... you see I only use charcoal in the weber and when I braai something on the weber I normally use baskets or dividers for indirect cooking and those I sommer stack by hand...

Jip also just use it for the Weber's charcoal..... Just cram some newspaper in the bottom. Charcoal on top. Light up and off you go.

True that - a while back I did just this. Woke up and then ate the meat though.

Anything can be braai'd... whether you should eat it in the first place is a different question.

It is not so much important what goes onto the grid, but more the act of putting that something on said grid in the first place.
