The event I am referring to happened about 20 years ago and Nyala bulls were rather expensive at the time for some reason.
They're still kak expensive on most farms. Where we hunt there's too many on the farm. It's now 3 years in a row - same price. Will try and bring some home this year.

What attachment ? I do have a pizza stone. Will go and buy that 00 flour the weekend and use your recipe before end of this month.

Might try the pizza in the weber ? Coals, put stone on coals, pizza on top and close the lid ?
If you already have a weber just use its lid, check if the lid fits inside your braai.

Make your usual fire and put the grid on above coals
Then put stone ontop of grid
Get it up to temperature.
You know it is lekker hot when you throw a pinch of flour on the stone and the flour goes yellow after a few seconds
Put pizza on stone with more flour and put the weber lid on top, it will be like a lekker oven, make sure the weber lid's exhaust thingy stays closed.

Will take a bit of practice but you will definitely make good pizzas in no time, and it is super quick

I have been keeping mine open, will try it closed the next time, what must the bottom airflow be set at

If so i keep both vents wide open for maximum airflow

I think the lid will hang out of the braai. But i'll test it. I have an old cadac smoker thinghy... think that lid fits perfectly over the pizza stone.
