My comments comes from a place love for the Redmi(Note) range ;) Having had the Note 3 and 5, (Note 6 still sealed in "stock"), and now using the Poco as my main, I'm just a bit disappointed about the camera Note 7's camera after the big hype about it.

Would still recommend the Note 7 to new buyers due to the value and support these devices enjoy at this price point.
Hopefully the camera software gets some love soon..

Had lineage on, the phone had a perceptable lag.
The android 9 ROMs seen smoother.
I have not found any reason to go back yet.

What is this MIUI 10 all about? Ad campaign? Seems to be more ads, than before. WTF? Everything I open, I get ads.

Yeah, noticed same on my Mi Max 3. Cleaner shows an ad. After you install a new Play Store app, you get an ad in thay silly security check app. Not cool

Ja, had to turn off recommendations in quite a few of the apps. From theme, browser, security to cleaner, etc.
