Hmmm. Can you not mail them and perhaps ask for a product code that may give you a hint as to which version it's for?

Yeah I've just got to stop being lazy and go drop this thing off, but I don't want to drive to Edenvale. I'd also like them to try backup the pics on the storage, as it was the last month my G4 wasn't backing up to SD or the cloud :-( should've had my suspicions then something wasn't right.

I did mail them about two or three days ago, if no answer by COB I'm going to look for another contact.

No, R4399 + the Tuff-luv case = R4493. Good case, fits snugg and you can actually see the shape of the phone. And no, no small hands......the phone was confiscated. My fault, as I requested it to be delivered at her work address as I'm not always available. She just shoved her old phone in my lap, yesterday. She already moved her stuff over to the new phone.

Had some time with the Max last night and this morning, to setup some of the stuff that she uses. And man, I'm jealous. Great display, very smooth. Didn't see one lag effect or one thing that I didn't like. It's also on MIUI 8.2, but there is small differences. Example would be, that you can go to settings>display and there'll be stuff like double tap screen to wake. Other small editions too, I'll have to get my hands on it again and jot them down. Mostly similar OS, but it really doesn't feel like it. Wife tested the camera indoors today, kind of dark inside today, with the weather and all. And the pictures came out much better than on my Note 3 (thought the hardware, like the camera, is the same??).

The reason I went with this phone, was the 3GB ram and 32GB storage........and the main reason why it's now with the wife. She would've past it over, but when she realized the Note 3 only had 16GB storage......ai.

Final note : I will buy myself one (maybe Mi Max 2), as soon as I can convince myself that my Redmi Note 3 is obsolete.....

Thats a cool and very useful feature. Double tap is one of the things I've loved about my LG G phones. Everytime someone gives my their phone I double tap out of habit. Glad to hear it is now part of the MIUI, probably only on phones that can support it.

Think its in MIUI, as both my MI5 and Note 4X has it.
 
Dafaq is this newfangled meow-me, some kind of chinese cheapskate phones designed for cats?
