Incredible. In total, took about three and a half working days. RTT Logistics handle the last few miles...

Phone is very fast. A bonus that I didn't expect to like so much is the HDR display. HDR content on YouTube looks absolutely fantastic, while the screen is brilliantly bright. Great value for the price.
 
Well, my Redmi Note 8 order from MIA has been updated to "Complete".
I don't see anything to track it yet though.
Any ideas on which courier they use?

Where did you see this? I assume you created an account before checkout?
I only received my order number via email and nothing else.

I've had an account for a few years, I think I was prepping for their flash sales.
I haven't received any email updates yet, only the updates on the orders page of the account.
Perhaps if you create an account with the same email, the order might pop up?
 
Hi all

Do you get a tracking number for orders from MIA? Order says complete and I havent heard a word from them. Have tried to call and email support.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Yep. Sitting in the same boat.
Although I did get an email reply from support, the usual courier is RTT.
Now I don't know which number is used for tracking.
My shipment number is different to the order number, tried to track it, nothing found under either number.

I guess based on the sold out phones they are busy... Was hoping for it this week.

Well it's only Wednesday.
They've got 2 full days to come through.

Although I have no idea what normal delivery times are for RTT...
 
They say it will take 7 days but according to the comments on their FB page im not sure they will make it. Also not great customer service over social media. I know they busy but they cant be so busy that they take 2 days to reply.
 
Dont know if there is a spy on here but I just got my sms with rtt trace number.
