I wanted the non-pro version, I don't want to carry a tablet in my pocket or spend 10k on a phone.15 Pro+ runs a snapdragon CPU the regular pro does not. I find Mediatek to be laggy.

If that's what you want then you should rather get a Poco. For less than the price of the Note 15+ you can get the F7 with far superior Snapdragon 8 and double the storage. It's proper flagship performance...It arrived, but I'm not seeing the model I actually wanted. I'm hoping to get the 5G version of the base model so I at least have a Snapdragon SOC. This is a bit frustrating.
We have imported a few from Amazon USA. Just make sure that it is the "International model"anyone buy a xiaomi overseas like dubai and bring to use in SA ?
seeing in dubai the phones are way cheaper

What website? Most shops include Chinese / International / Malaysian etc in the description. The biggest differences are that some 4g and 5g frequencies don't match and the lack of Google services - especially on the Chinese version.how do you see that
according to the website i asked a guy and he sent a list of frequencies and it matches what we have

Eish. I've never used that shop.
But do you really need that extra power/speed? As long as the phone does what you need it to do for your daily tasks and it's fast enough.......why buy a new one?Watched a Mr Whose the Boss vid last night, did a geekbench benchmark, most of the phones got between 3000-3500 on CPU single core test.
Decided to do it on my Note11...it got 413 (not a typo), Jirre.
