I want to install a very old game on my Vista system but I am getting this error message ^^^^.

Recommended System Specs for Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer
OS - Windows 2000/XP/Vista
CPU - Pentium IV 1.6 GHz or equivalent
RAM - 512 MB
Video Card - 64 MB video card
Sound Card - Directs Compatible

My laptop specs -

CPU - 1.73 GHz
Processor type - Core 2 Duo T5300
Processor manufacturer - Intel
Graphics processor - ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200M
RAM installed - 2048 MB

Why is it giving that message? I've tried running in the compatibility mode too. I have Vaio with much better specs, should I try it on there too?

Well obviously try it on the Vaio, but is it not perhaps an issue with 64bit?

Because if its supports Vista you shouldnt be getting this, but its possible it doesnt support Windows Vista 64bit...
