"The company is a leader in satellite and wireless communications in SA"

Ahem. If Sentech is the leader, I surely don't want to see the followers.

yes they are clive

the leader when it comes to delivering consistently slow international speeds
and offering no explanations, no apologies and really enigmatic responses.

Sentech I am smiling cuz I know what the possible future beholds for you.

myWireless 128, 64, 48, 16 - depends on its mood.

not to mention blaming your clients for said slow international speeds with no explanations

It hardly makes sense to "speed test" a publically active hotspot where you have no idea as to the traffic load and is on entirely different platform besides! That said- there may yet be merit in observing how VSTAR works under (we hope) reasonably heavy load conditions. Maybe someone should drop in and find a way to check it out- the ITWeb article doesn't mention a hotspot at all so maybe they're connecting up only the exhibitors via CAT5 or something, heh.
