The monitor need messes things up...could have been a 5600x + 6600 XT build (when the XFX models are back in stock) which would have been better than anything 20k could have bought in a year or more.

If you want small and quiet as possible and no lights what are some good case options?

By small I don't mean those tiny form factor cases just not those giant cases some people use. It must be able to use normal power supplies and take a full sized GPU.
