Not sure exactly what case you have. However, it's easy to test. Just try it at the side and monitor temps while gaming. Then move it to the front and monitor again. Whichever is lower is better. Usually it's at the front so the air is in from the front and out the back, without too much turbulence. However, that requires that the front of the case is somewhat open so there is a way for air to get in easily. Best would just be to test it. Should take 30 minutes to do so.The only question is for the front or the side lol

The problem is the case is mostly shut in front, it just has like seven small slits on either side of the front panel. However, that requires that the front of the case is somewhat open so there is a way for air to get in easily.
Then might be better to use the side panel, but I would just test it bru.

Got the RX580, and I'm happy. Although the card heats up quite fast, it's probably a cooling thing from my side. I should probably get another case fan to install on my side panel...![]()
So it still all boils down to temps. Yup, gonna buy a fan now. This vid pretty much explains what I was going to type out about the RX 580 Red Devil I used to have...the card ran cool because of the big heatsink but wasn't programmed optimally out of the box for efficiency.
Something you can try pretty easily.

Dust?Or just leave the side panels off like some of us.
Dust?
you could stick with 16gig 3200mhz kit, will do you fine. If you with team intel its all good in the hoodHey guys another noob question
Does RAM speed really matter for system performance and gaming ?
Have two options here
2x16gb DDR4 2666mhz (This is R500 more than 16Gb)
2x8gb DDR4 3200mhz
Or if RAM speed does matter
2x16gb 3200mhz for 1k more than 16Gb kit

CorrectYea unfortunately team intel just performs better in terms of i5 but damn it’s 12th gen super costly especially motherboards
So trying to reduce where I can
Will contact you next month you are in Durban right ?

Yes pending the game, system performance, as in windows not so much, apps (cpu bound) little difference, more ram would make a difference, less swap file usage . The jump between 2666 and 3000 won't be that drastic, to say compared to 800mhz and 1600mhz as an example.Hey guys another noob question

BumpBtw guys, my motherboard only supports 2400/2133 Mhz when it comes to RAM.
If I say buy 2 sticks of 8 GB RAM which are both 2666 Mhz. Will they not be compatible with the MOBO or will it still work?
