When the new PicknPay rules came out I was all in and decided to try out PicknPay, knowing it was a rather degraded store but hoping that with the new FNB support they would get out of the doldrums.
Things have only gone worse eversince. From twice receiving delivered cheese with green mould on the sides, receiving mince meat that smelt so off I ended up cooking it for my dogs and even they rejected it, to longer and longer delivery times. Right now I have an ASAP order scheduled and it says delivery time is after 2 and a half hours.
Often the App is stuck on "Waiting for an Available Driver".
Oh and then many items have now been out of stock entirely for some time.
Sadly I have often reverted to Checkers - their deliveries arrive in as little as 20 mins, even though they are the same distance as PicknPay from my home. Their food is always fresh. Their stuff is in stock.
PicknPay I know you had a bad past but I and many others have given you full support the last few months and please use the money to upgrade you services and standards. Or I am going to just drop the eBucks stuff and order from a decent shop.
What are the experiences of others with PicknPay?
