This thread only addresses the "suspended account issue"
I feel it's very important we respond to WBS's attempt to extort their clients.
If you have any media or legal contacts, or information, on costs, procedures or a contact person who performs these procedures, please submit it here, so we can formulate a plan and angle of response. If we could threat WBS with Media exposure complete with a article that includes some user opinions and the means of getting it in the papers, I'm sure they will realize we are not their profit puppets, we have to take a stand here, if we stood up for our rights in the past this wouldn't have happened.
Thanx

WBS advertised their product as a internet solution that provides up to 1mb/s connection speed within your bandwidth boundaries (i.e. 3gig/6gig/9/gig) and unlimited 64kb/s connection speed after that boundary (cap) is reached. My and other’s connection was wrongfully cut of after our limitation was reached, and told we had to buy more bandwidth, when we were just supposed to receive slower speeds at no extra cost.
Please look into this as hundreds of clients and businesses are infected
Kink Regards

I submitted the complaint. Thanx Belgarion

I submitted to ASASA after finding a pamphlet for the iBurst service because they don't deal with contractual obligations so you need to make sure you have an AD or website etc to refer to. I also emailed IT WEB and carte blanche, if peopel paste more numbers or contacts I will glady email/call them all
