Hi,

I'm not sure what exactly the post-hearing process is going to be.

But I guess that the councillors will tackle all the written submissions as well as the oral presentations and make a list of all the issues/facts presented to them.

They will then write a thick report showing that the considered ALL the issues/facts and actually understood them as well.

The report will then close with a number of findings and recommendations.

Although it might seem as if Telkom has played a good hand, the councellors have to consider not only the examples Telkom gave why they believe they offer fair value, but also all other examples provided by each and every other participant.

Anyway, I don't think that this process will be a speedy one! We are - most probably - in for a very long wait!

hehe, they make recommendations? Dont they enforce them? So thats been the problem thus far.

Dont attack Telkom on price, go on bad service,

1. limited types of internet, does not support all protocols.

2. Service is bad, namley faults etc. Install times, helpdesk

nail them an some with a suprise, they have palanned for most things.

go with something diffrent.

;)
