Go to http://validator.w3.org/ and enter a MyWireless IP. Check the 'Verbose' box. The validator then returns with a FORBIDDEN message from 'NetApp/5.5R3'.
So obvious some braindead ISP between here and the w3c runs a NetCache proxy which is misconfigured. Well, since the validator can access 66.18.65.124 and since TheRoDent has documented that Sentech runs that specific version of NetApp, that braindead ISP must be Sentech.
