S8 Opener done & dusted.

It's a solid start off to the season. Somewhat matrix focused.

MVP must go to Summer.

Zero Jerry screentime was weird though.

802. Space Beth focused, tons of action & fast paced. Even Birdperson makes a cameo after ages.

These episodes go too fast.

Feels like you just start watching and boom, it's over. Then you wait another week and you realize there's only 3 hours left of the season

803. Rather unique epi, well told. Clone-focused.

804. Wild epi, lots to take in. Easter-themed. One scene in particular gives off strong South Park vibes.

805. Fun Cryo-ship themed epi. Only Rick & Morty featured. Some Wacky Wheels vibes as the epi progressed.

This last season is kinda trash, if this is a reflection of the "new production team" then I'm not keen to keep watching.

807. Self aware Hollywood franchise themed. Many well placed references. The lengthy James Gunn cameo was a real highlight.

808. Supremely entertaining epi. Jerry gets major billing, deservedly so. One of his best roles to date.

809. Relatively speaking one of the weaker episodes of S8. Both stories were not all that captivating vs the balance of S8. The Rick & Summer one was the better of the two.

810 Finale. High concept epi, big narrative changes on the whole.

Cleverly told, a real highlight of S8.

Even the remastered song was well thought out.

Hopefully not long a wait for till S9.
