The Rugby thread

These Aussie players look like they met each other for the first time today.

Tom Wright is the only dangerous looking aussie.

Koriobete must just retire now shame. He hasn't recovered from Mapimpi humbling him

A card finally.

The ABs aren’t good at scoring in the last 20 minutes.

10 points in it.

Not sure if they’re playing down to the opposition or what, but NZ look far from convincing today.

Mental issues past 60 min for the All Blacks. Not a single point after 60 mins this whole tournament. Only 3 points in the 2nd half foe them this game.

Had Australia not been so passive in defense for large parts of this game they may have won.

Previous NZ sides would have put 40 on the Wallabies in the first half.

The Aussies fought back. They could have snatched a win here, but I don't know they are like the Proteas....

Again a failure to close out games. They had enough on the board to get away with a no score last 20min but they are failing to close out games and they used to bhe super good at that.

At least it is a massive improvement from losing 67 - 27 and 32 - 12 etc.

Much better to be in the game at the end which is only the second time in the TRC for them this season and they took one of those chances in Argentina.

Looks like I missed a humdinger with the OZ/NZ game. Will have to watch the highlights.

Lions v Sharks - If it was a dry game I would have made the Lions slight favourites by 5 points but with this blistery & rainy weather I think it gives the Sharks the edge. Sharks to win a close one by 3-7. But, Go Lions!!!!

Pumas v Boks - Pumas looking more like the real deal and are a tough nut to crack at home in front of a passionate crowd. But I think the Boks can win it by about 8 points. Go Bokke!!!!!!
