Regardless of where the WC is, they will usually lose if they play ABS. They may have been able to win 2015 had they got lucky and avoided ABs and would have lost 2019 if they played against ABs.

They did win 1995 against ABS but there is also some controversy about that.

Any Bok side would mostly lose against All Blacks tbh. Theyd lose at least 6-7 games out of 10 against them. Same goes for 95, 2007 and 2019 sides.
