Yeah, he was telling us in Wednesday's by-election that it would not be an easy win for the DA in Ward 73 because the ANC candidate was the ex-DA councilor as there was a personal vote involved. Then the DA increased its already large share of the vote by a further 10 percentage points. Hmmm....

Exactly.

Remember how Gogo and JS were going to send Mpho to the shadow realm after she lost at Congress, for daring to go against them or whatever? Hmmm...

Very big lesson in humility for Ronnie...

I don't understand on what grounds were they arrested as this looks like a labour disciplinary issue, but maybe there are laws pertaining to the use police vehicles.

But It's a good thing that they are doing something about it.

I think it would largely revolve around "theft" of council funds in terms of the arrest.

BUT whether anything will stick is whether the vehicles are assigned to the employees and what their contracts actually say in terms of personal use of a vehicle. In my opinion if I worked for Council and was issued a vehicle that I took home in the evening, it would be perfectly normal to take my kids to school on my way to work in the morning.

I still cannot get my low IQ brain to comprehend the R12m figure, is a book that expensive or some of the money was a retainer for Prince to keep on writing favorable articles about Mashaba going towards the election?

I reckon if you're a rich bloke and you want to blow your own horn 12 mil is a small price to pay

Unless Mashele is a hack?

It’s all about finding the funder who can pay your price.

I knew you okes in this thread would be jealous when you saw the price because you also write about politics all day but noone is paying you.
