Why go look outside the movement? The best talent rises to the top of the movement, backed by the mandate of the branches.
 
Update: President is trying to choose minister of electricity at random and when he removes mask, chosen minister is nowhere to be seen. Crowd is thinning but the last man standing will be MoE as per our confidential sources.
