There def is no conspiracy. I'm sure you gathered by now living in Durban that many countries don't bother to have embassies in DBN?
Yes we know that. How many places in the US can voters vote at?

Who has more South Africans? America or Australia?

Next election will have many more overseas polling stations, thankfully.

There’s SO much misinformation going around, and people not being made aware when the rules are changed. Seen posts of people asking what “special code” they’re supposed to have when they get to the polling station. And posts here, and other places, of people being turned away because they have their passports and not their IDs, when we’ve always used our passports to vote.

When I registered again earlier this year, it was passport and/or ID, later changed to ID only. It was only because I decided to check my status again a few weeks ago that I saw it had been changed.

Or just allow people to vote in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney like they do in america. Where would 200 000 people stay in canberra anyway?

I honestly don’t think people realise just how big Australia actually is. It’s physically as big as the United States. Anyone driving from Perth to Canberra should’ve started two days ago.

All by design by the ANC agents.

Maybe they could have planned better but there never has been a conspiracy by the ANC to prevent people from voting for other parties.

If anything, they probably cost themselves votes by not planning well. Voting stations in some areas aren't very pleasant to visit and this is a reason many don't vote.

Voting is done at embassies/consulates etc. That is why there are three places to vote in the USA.

There is only one such place in Australia.

Does this make sense now?

I know I know - probably not....

Is that not because USA is a big place? Just from a logistics point of view, how do you see it working in Australia? How do 200 000 people fly in to Canberra for the day for example?

Did you vote today? Probably not....

Australia is about as big as the USA, but with 1/10th the population.

Perhaps petition government to open more embassies or consulates around Australia.

More jobs for cadres.

South African tax payers can thank you later.
