I notice the DA took a bit of a hit whilst the ANC increase a little.

I still think it will all even out and we will see the ANC with around 44-45% and DA around 24-25%

The DA and other opposition parties have party agents to minimise this type of behaviour. Trust me, the DA knows where their votes are located. If a place like the Noordhoek Retirement Village or Seapoint Retirement Home isn't overwhelmingly DA, then the DA would raise a storm. My gran will be visiting her voting station at 3PM today (northern suburbs CPT - DA stronghold) - I will ask her if there were any party agents milling around.

Party agents at the voting station is expected. Its the 600 000 house visits where the problem is. Do all the party agents follow the IEC to 600 000 houses?

How are these votes added to the voting districts? When are they counted?
